By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Remedy UK ltd. By entering your information above you are agreeing to sign up for the Remedy customer newsletter and further marketing communications from Remedy and Phizz.

Eligibility to enter:
The prize draw is open to UK residents with a UK address. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. The prize draw is free to enter.

The Prize:
The prize includes 6 months supply of Phizz bundle (1 of each flavour), a Phizz water bottle (value £50), and a 48 4-Flavour Mixed Pack (value £74). The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

The Draw:
Draw closes Friday 15 November at midday, 2024. Prize winner chosen at random. Prize winner will be contacted twice by email and will have 7 days to respond, If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 7 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and TLC reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
